The "SMB" is a submerged motor pump where the pump and motor are integrated and immersed in liquefied gas, eliminating the need for a shaft sealing device and completely preventing the risk of liquid and gas leakage. An inducer is provided on the underside of the first-stage impeller, allowing for safe operation even with an effective NPSH of 0m due to its low NPSH characteristics. Additionally, the pump has an even number of stages, and the impellers are divided into two groups of half each, arranged in a back-to-back configuration, which balances the hydrodynamic thrust and prevents excessive loading on the thrust bearings. 【Features】 ■ The motor is used in liquefied gas. ■ Completely isolated from the atmosphere, ensuring absolute safety for explosion prevention. ■ The motor's stator coil uses a highly insulated and rigid molded winding. ■ The insulation materials and varnish of the motor use materials with high insulation, durability, and low-temperature resistance. ■ The lubrication cooling of the ball bearings and the cooling of the motor are performed by liquefied gas (lifting liquid). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
